Steve Iorio

Steve Iorio is the Head of Portfolio Management for Prospect Ridge. Prior to the formation of Prospect Ridge, Mr. Iorio spent six years at AllianceBernstein (AB) in the Real Estate Investments group. Prior to AB, he was a managing director and head of acquisitions for the New York region at Tishman Speyer. Earlier in his career, Mr. Iorio spent ten years at Goldman Sachs, primarily in the Real Estate Principal Investment Area, working in both London and New York. He holds a BSBA in finance (cum laude) from Georgetown University. Mr. Iorio serves on the Prospect Ridge and AB Real Estate Partners Investment Committees.
