Steve Henry

Steve Henry is a Managing Director at Apprise, based in Phoenix, Arizona. In his role, Mr. Henry is responsible for identifying proper valuation methodology while establishing appropriate reporting standards to achieve essential results. A seasoned and highly resourceful Real Estate Executive, Mr. Henry has comprehensive expertise in valuation services, real estate transactions, regulatory compliance, operations management, and financial modeling.

Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Henry worked as an Executive Managing Director, National Quality Control Lead & Market Lead at Cushman and Wakefield, where he served as market lead for the southwestern U.S., leading a team of 40-plus appraisal professionals. Before that, he worked as Vice President of Commercial Appraisal Services at Union Bank. There, he notably performed USPAP Standard 3 reviews on complex properties with loan amounts in excess of $100 million.

Mr. Henry earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Law at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. He also holds an MAI designation granted by the Appraisal Institute.
