Bio
Steve is a founding partner of Buttry & Brown Development, and has been in real estate consulting, medical development, and commercial and residential development projects for over 15 years. Early in his career, Steve focused on residential subdivision design and development. He has transitioned that early success into the commercial segment, working in medical development and consulting. Steve has a broad range of experience in the commercial and residential arenas, ranging from an 80-acre subdivision, to retail shopping areas and healthcare facilities. He is experienced in public-private partnership projects, tax increment financing (TIF) and public improvement districts (PIDs), and has served on a TIF board of directors. Steve is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.
