Steve Bergman

Mr. Bergman serves as Mosaic's Head of Capital Markets and serves on the Executive Committee. Steve is a veteran of the capital markets, with a career starting in 1985 including 22 years at Bear Stearns in their New York offices in a variety of senior roles in the fixed income division.Prior to Mosaic, he was a Vice President at Colony Capital, responsible for capital formation and investor relations. During his career at Bear Stearns, Steve was a Senior Managing Director in multiple areas of fixed income sales including high yield/distressed credit, high grade credit, and structured products. He was also one of the founding members of the firm's Global Senior Relationship Management Group, where he provided strategic solutions to the largest hedge fund clients of Bear Stearns. Mr. Bergman received his MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at NYU with a specialization in Strategic Planning, and his BA in Marketing from Iona College.
