Steve Anderson

Steve serves as Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer of Wildamere Capital Management LLC. Steve is responsible for the accounting operations of the company that include the preparation of financial reports, maintain accounting records and preparing budgets to ensure that the company’s goals and objective are met. Steve is responsible for managing Wildamere’s Real Estate Accounting Team and all the outsourced functions of Wildamere. Prior to joining Wildamere, Steve spent 15 years with Welsh Companies where he was responsible for all functions of the financial details and processes for a variety of entities. Steve also handled the accounting for three of the Real Estate Funds, preparing monthly financials, assisting in annual audits, and preparing quarterly dividend payments to investors. During his career, Steve was a Cost Accountant for Coca-Cola Enterprises and a Corporate Staff Accountant with GE Capital Fleet Services. Steve has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.
