Mr. Merrill joined Colliers International in June 2018 as an Asset Manager for the Real Estate Management Services division. In this role, he assists with management of office, flex, medical, industrial, and retail properties. His primary responsibilities consist of financial analysis/modeling, investment management, loan servicing, and investor relations.Mr. Merrill also serves as the Financial Analyst for the Capital Markets Investment Sales team. In this role, he conducts the valuation analysis and project underwriting for an array of asset classes including GSA, office, flex, medical, industrial, and retail product. His Capital Markets assistance spans nationally and is hyper focused on GSA leased assets.
