Bio
Mr. Zotovich founded ZMI Real Estate, Inc. in 1982 (formerly SZA Real Estate). In 2011, ZMI became part of Peregrine Realty Partners. As President of ZMI, Mr. Zotovich was responsible for the acquisition and operation of over $250 million of office and industrial properties throughout Southern California. At Peregrine, Mr. Zotovich oversees all aspects of investor relations, handles asset/property management and provides constant attention to improving internal capacity to support every client.
