Stephen Wong

Mr. Wong joined SKB in 2003 as senior vice president and is responsible for asset management for a portfolio of assets. He also assists in due diligence, acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Wong has been involved with asset management, acquisitions, dispositions and joint-venture development investments in commercial real estate throughout the Western United States for over 24 years. Prior to joining SKB, Mr. Wong spent over 10 years with La Salle Investment Management, Inc. in the acquisitions and asset management groups, and engaged in some $500 million of commercial real estate activity there. Since joining SKB, Mr. Wong has been engaged in asset management and joint-venture development investments totaling $700 million of commercial real estate activity. Mr. Wong earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting/finance and industrial engineering from Oregon State University. He received an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
