Stephen Viafore

Stephen Viafore came to Dunn Development Corp. in January 2010 after working in the non-profit community for 25 years. Stephen started his career in 1985 at the Children’s Aid Society and after four years, took the CFO position at the Association to Benefit Children. During the past eight years, Stephen managed the finances of both the Episcopal Social Services of New York, and most recently, Abbott House, large social service organizations with multiple funding streams. During the mid-nineties, Stephen gained experience in housing as a consultant for the East New York Urban Youth Corps, where he helped a growing housing development agency establish accounting and internal control systems. Stephen earned his B.A. from Iona College in New Rochelle, New York.
