Profile
Stephen Riker is one of the leading real estate brokers in the New York City metropolitan area. He is responsible for some of the most imaginative leasing and sales transactions of the past 30 years and was one of the founders of Colliers ABR, Inc. During his career, he has represented many major corporations in the leasing of millions of square feet of space in Midtown Manhattan and Fairfield, Connecticut. He developed 1,320 homes in Ponce, Puerto Rico, and owns major real estate in New York City and the surrounding area. As a consultant to principals and tenants, he has counseled major corporations throughout the Tri-State area in relocation, property purchase, rezoning and development.
