Mr. O’Connor served as the graduate teaching assistant to both the graduate and undergraduate Financial Economics courses at Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration and has returned to guest lecture on real estate finance topics and case studies.  He is a member of the national chapter of the Cornell Hotel Society and is a regular speaker at industry events, including the American Lodging Investment Summit, the Meet the Money Conference, and the Hotel Asset Managers Association annual meeting.
