Stephen McManus is a Production Analyst with CBRE Capital Markets, Debt & Structured Finance, in Denver. His primary responsibilities include providing financial and real estate analysis on all types of commercial real estate debt and equity capital structures.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2019, Stephen was a senior commercial underwriter for the Alpine Bank credit analyst division. In this role he provided analysis on more than 400 loans in the state of Colorado.
Stephen has experience working with Life Insurance Companies, Debt Funds, Conduit Lenders (CMBS), and Commercial Banks & Private Banks.
