Stephen Johnson

Stephen is our lead for managing the relationships, transactions and deal negotiations for the multifamily affordable housing business. Steve is also the head of production and sales of our Small Balance Loan business, which provides liquidity and stability to the small multifamily rental market -- an essential source of our nation's workforce housing. He oversees the development and implementation of innovations that improve the speed and flow of capital nationwide and address the rapidly evolving needs of borrowers in these spaces.
