Bio
Stephen Horan joined Colliers International in 1975 in the Valuation & Advisory Services group. For two years, Steve conducted analyses of industrial, educational, retail and residential properties. He then spent five years in the Brokerage group, handling the leasing and sale of office, industrial and institutional properties. In 1982, Steve joined the Capital Markets group where he now specializes in placing debt and equity in commercial and residential real estate.Steve is a senior vice president and a shareholder in the firm.
