Stephen Breedon

Mr. Breedon returned to Oaktree in 2021 and invests primarily on behalf of Oaktree's Real Estate Opportunities and Income strategies. Prior to first joining Oaktree in 2016, Mr. Breedon worked for Morgan Stanley in the Real Estate Investment Banking group, where he advised real estate companies on M&A and capital raising transactions. Mr. Breedon received an M.B.A from Harvard Business School, and a B.S. in hotel administration from Cornell University with a minor in real estate.
