Bio
Stephen Baird is a Vice President with CBRE Capital Markets in the San Francisco office. Mr. Baird is responsible for the origination of debt for multifamily assets in the western region. Since joining CBRE in 2011, Mr. Baird has been involved in the placement and underwriting of over $3.8 billion in financing transactions.
Mr. Baird’s areas of expertise include a broad knowledge of real estate finance with experience in structuring and underwriting Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, construction and Life Company transactions throughout the Western United States.
Mr. Baird began his career with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company participating in the origination of over $1.2 Billion in mortgages financed through Prudential’s General Account, CMBS, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, and Bridge programs.
