Stephen is a director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and specializes in industrial investment advisory. In this capacity, he represents and advises clients in the sale, acquisition or development of industrial assets primarily in Dallas/Fort Worth and throughout the southwestern United States. Stephen also handles equity placement transactions within the industrial sector, including joint venture equity and property/portfolio recapitalizations. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in closing more than $3 billion in transactions on behalf of institutional and private clients.

Stephen started at HFF in May 2013. He attended Texas Christian University, where he completed his undergraduate studies with Cum Laude honors.
