Stephen Austin

Mr. Austin has been working in the commercial real estate and development business for over 20 years. During the past 10 years, Mr. Austin has personally developed projects totaling over 115 million dollars. Mr. Austin began his career in the commercial real estate brokerage business specializing in the underwriting, acquisition and sale of investment grade assets. These include Net lease retail, Multi-family, Hospitality and Mixed Use Retail. In 1997, Mr. Austin became a principal and operating partner in the largest commercial brokerage house in the Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina. In 2003, Mr. Austin left the brokerage business and subsequently co-founded Austin Development Properties LLC (ADP). Mr. Austin holds a BA in economics from UNC Chapel Hill and an MBA with specific focus in finance and business valuation.
