Bio
Stephanie Seno is the Sales Director for CBRE’s North Texas Region. In this role, Ms. Seno is dedicated to strategic business development efforts, team formation and facilitating collaboration across service lines. As part of the North Texas management team, Ms. Seno oversees pursuit and brokerage activity to ensure best-in-class resources and services are engaged for CBRE’s clients.
Ms. Seno previously served as the Associate Director of the Private Capital Group (PCG), a unique investment property sales platform within CBRE's Capital Markets business line. In this capacity, Ms. Seno provided operational and marketing leadership for over 90 investment sales teams in 50 markets across the United States. Additionally, she spearheaded a number of marketing, technology and education initiatives related to investment properties.
Ms. Seno joined CBRE in 2008 as a Client Services Specialist in the Investment Properties Group. Her real estate experience also includes her tenure as a Senior Research Analyst at Grubb & Ellis Company where she produced market analyses for the Dallas/Fort Worth office, industrial and multi-housing markets
