Stephanie Perez

Stephanie Perez is the Chief People Officer at Fairstead where she oversees all strategic and operational Human Resources leadership for the firm. In this role Stephanie champions the firm’s core values of empathy, innovation, entrepreneurship, determination, and integrity while developing and executing policies that ensure the alignment of Fairstead’s people and goals as the company scales nationally. Prior to joining Fairstead, Stephanie was the Director of Human Resources/Associate Principal at Perkins Eastman where she drove talent development and engagement and scaled the HR strategy with business goals and financial objectives. Prior to Perkins Eastman, Stephanie held positions with IPG Mediabrands, Mace and Cushman & Wakefield. Stephanie holds a BBA in Management and Marketing from the University of Houston and an MBA in Human Resource Management from University of Houston-Clear Lake.
