Whether she’s helping with a refinance or a new construction project, she approaches each challenge with determination, engaging directly with borrowers throughout the deal cycle. Stella is astute at combining her previous Wall Street experience with a natural compassion and kindness in addressing clients’ needs. If a deal needs additional resources or an urgent resolution (i.e. equity infusion or even a local general contractor), Stella’s reliable network across the industry is the heart of her creative dealmaking. Stella is also dedicated to community involvement – she’s an active volunteer with local organizations and is a founding member of Greystone’s Women’s Network.
