Stathi Marcopulos

Stathi Marcopulos represented developers, owners, lenders, borrowers, landlords, tenants, and others involved in complex retail, multifamily, and land transactions for 20 years and was a partner with Cox, Castle and Nicholson, one of California’s preeminent real estate law firms, prior to joining JHREP in 2007. Mr. Marcopulos provides advice and counsel to the JHREP principals, regional and corporate management teams, as well as outside management in real estate matters, including: assessing legal risks and opportunities and advising accordingly, overseeing the documentation and negotiations related to acquiring and leasing of the real estate assets of the Company, retail asset management, assisting in the development of policies and procedures, supervising outside counsel and handling legal matters. Mr. Marcopulos has nearly 30 years of real estate law and transaction experience.
