Stash acts as the Managing Director of Capstone’s Cincinnati office. He has successfully navigated transactions ranging from private capital, to structured professional equity and into large institutional quality assets and clients. With a focus on multi-family in the region the types of properties he’s helped facilitate the transfer of range conventional suburban garden-style communities, to Class-A urban infill projects as well as high-rises throughout the Midwest and Northeast. Additionally, he and his team have transacted student properties, affordable assets, as well as development sites for affordable & market rate housing opportunities.

Stash earned his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2016 after setting it as a goal for himself upon entering the business in early 2008. Prior to that he attended St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY, where he earned a bachelor’s in psychology in 2006.
