Bio

Stan, a native Memphian with over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, began his career in 1985 as a commercial real estate loan officer with National Bank of Commerce. Since then, his real estate experience broadened to retail and industrial leasing with Poag and Thomason Company, Boyle Investment Company and Belz Enterprises. Most recently, Stan served as Belz Enterprises' Director of Industrial Leasing and Sales, where he was responsible for leasing 14 million square feet of industrial properties in the Memphis and north Mississippi area, while also representing industrial and retail tenants in the greater Mid-South.

In 2014, Stan joined CBRE|Memphis as a Senior Vice President of Industrial Asset Services. His primary responsibilities include the marketing and leasing of an industrial portfolio of approximately 16 million square feet. In addition, he conducts cold call campaigns, renews exiting tenant leases, procures and qualifies property showings for interested prospects, and conducts marketing and tenant research.

Throughout Stan's career, he has completed over 24 million square feet of lease transactions which have created more than $210 million of rental income fo his clients. Stan has been recognized amond the top performers in Memphis real estate since 1996 and received Retail Broker of the Year in 2001. Outside of his daily brokerage responsibilities, Stan served on the MAAR Commercial Council Board of Directors.
