Bio
Stacy Hunt is an Executive Director and is responsible for Client Relations and Strategic Pursuits for the US Property Management business. Stacy provides critical operational and financial insight and expertise to the leadership team. During his tenure with Greystar, Stacy has contributed to the company's strategic growth strategy by leading the establishment and opening of regional offices in key markets in Arizona, Florida, and Texas.
Prior to joining the Greystar predecessor Greystone in 1982, he served as First Vice President of the United Savings Association of Texas. Stacy has served the industry in numerous leadership capabilities, including as President of the Houston Apartment Association, President of the Texas Apartment Association, and a member of the Joint Legislative Committee for the National Multifamily Housing Council and National Apartment Association. Stacy is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, the University of Texas Real Estate Finance Council, the National Apartment Association, the Texas Apartment Association, and the Houston Apartment Association. Stacy is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Texas. He also serves on the board of the Westchase District, as the Treasurer of the Houston Apartment Association Better Government Fund and as a board member of the PTSD Foundation.
Stacy received a bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Texas.
