Stacy Fuchs

Stacy Fuchs is the Executive Director and has been with Bristol Group, Inc. since 1992. As Executive Director, she is responsible for portfolio management, assisting with complex transactions and negotiations, and investor relations. She has extensive experience in development, re-development, project management, leasing, acquisition and disposition of industrial, retail, studio and office properties. Ms. Fuchs was team leader for Bristol Group’s 5 million square foot Southern California industrial portfolio. In addition, she has been integrally involved with acquisitions and dispositions of individual assets and portfolios within Bristol Group’s nationwide portfolio. Prior to joining Bristol Group, she held a variety of positions with Bedford Properties and Bank of America Investment Real Estate. Ms. Fuchs holds a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine.
