Bio
Stacy Anderson is a retired First Vice President Asset Management of MCA. Anderson joined MCA in 1998 as a part time consultant and in 1999 became the first full time employee. Anderson’s primary role was the asset management of a portfolio consisting of seven joint venture properties comprising approximately 9 million square feet. Anderson has evolved with MCA over the past twenty years. Prior to her last position, Anderson’s primary role was financial management and reporting for IMI and its affiliates while also overseeing internal operations reporting, while all the time continuing asset management responsibility for Woodfield Mall. During that time Anderson hired and managed an accounting and analytical staff. Anderson oversaw the creation and delivery of monthly financial statements, quarterly investment reporting and portfolio operations reports to CalPERS along with assisting in asset management and new investment due diligence. Anderson was MCA’s designated member of NCREIF for five years. Anderson oversaw Woodfield Mall, Oakbrook Center, The Westchester, Fashion Center at Pentagon City, Quaker Bridge Mall, Mall at Rockingham Park and Christiana Mall. https://www.miller-capital.com/ Prior to joining MCA, Anderson was employed as Operations Manager at CenterPoint Properties. During her approximate nine years with CenterPoint and its predecessor companies Anderson directed different units including corporate and property accounting; property operations; treasury; and asset management. Additionally, Anderson was Vice President of a CenterPoint property management company. Anderson was part of the IPO team when CenterPoint went public in 1993. Anderson was Treasurer of CenterPoint’s predecessor company, FCLS Investors Group, Inc., where Anderson accounted for the development of a large portfolio of industrial assets through financings and partnership syndications. https://centerpoint.com/ Prior to CenterPoint, Anderson was a senior staff auditor and tax preparer for five years at Philip Rootberg & Co. (now known as CBIZ, MHM LLC), a CPA firm specializing in real estate.
