Stacie Herron

Stacie Herron joins kwx as chief legal officer after more than 12 years at Brookfield Properties, where she most recently served as executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. In her new position, Stacie will provide guidance for the leadership team’s strategic initiatives and have responsibility for KW’s day-to-day legal operations. Prior to her experience with Brookfield Properties, Stacie was an in-house corporate attorney with a NYSE-traded retail company, where she was responsible for corporate, finance, and international matters. Before moving in-house, Stacie was a corporate associate at a Chicago law firm, where she focused on general corporate, transactional, and securities matters on behalf of public and private companies. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law.

In addition to her impressive talent and experience, Stacie’s core values, which are aligned with the KW belief system, make her a great fit for the kwx culture. She is, and always has been, a team player and is looking forward to “building strong partnerships and trust with the other members of the leadership team, [her] business partners and the rest of the Keller Williams family.” She believes that “every great mission starts with a strong team,” and her goal is to support and strengthen the team for the journey ahead. Stacie’s demonstrated drive to excel and her deep commitment to the challenges placed before her make her an ideal choice to lead the legal team at kwx.

Stacie currently lives in Austin with her husband and their three sons. In her downtime, she enjoys watching her sons play baseball, listening to music, reading and traveling to the remaining countries on her bucket list.
