Spencer Yablon is a Senior Vice President and leads the Multifamily Capital Markets team in Philadelphia, which specializes in the sale of multifamily properties on behalf of institutions, pension fund advisers, REITs, private equity firms, developers and lenders. The CBRE Multifamily Capital Markets team in Philadelphia is recognized as one of the top apartment sales teams in the company, providing its clients with over 85 combined years of local market knowledge and apartment sales expertise. In aggregate, the team has sold more than 98,000 residential units equating to over $8.5 billion, including some of the largest individual asset and portfolio transactions in the region.

Spencer has 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining CBRE in May of 2014, Spencer served as Regional Manager of the Philadelphia office for Marcus and Millichap. His responsibilities included oversight of its capital markets team of investment sales agents and finance professionals throughout the tri-state area. During his tenure as manager, Spencer led the Philadelphia office to become the most profitable office in the country, closing over 850 transactions valued over $4 billion. In 2009 he was named Regional Manager of the Year.

Prior to entering the real estate business, Spencer worked as a wealth management consultant for Oppenheimer & Co., formerly CIBC Oppenheimer, in New York City, where he managed roughly $250 million for high net worth individuals.
