Bio
Spencer Smith is a Senior Associate with Avison Young's Nashville office specializing in office leasing and investment sales. Prior to joining Avison Young, Spencer was with Cushman & Wakefield, joining the company's Cincinnati, Ohio office in 2015. During his tenure at C&W, Spencer developed leasing experience primarily with office properties. Beginning in 2017, Spencer relocated to C&W's Nashville office and played a role in executing over $50 million in leasing and investment sales volume.
Currently, Spencer advises local and institutional property owners and local entities as well. A native of Nashville, Spencer attended Brentwood Academy and Samford University in Birmingham, AL.
