Spencer Roy, Director, works within the investment sales team of Walker & Dunlop's Austin, Texas office. Mr. Roy specializes in in the origination and execution of multifamily property sales with a focus on Central Texas. He is responsible for the sale, disposition, and marketing of the full spectrum of multifamily properties. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Roy worked at HFF where he served as an Associate. His responsibilities included the valuation of multifamily, student housing, and land properties totaling over $10B as well as the preparation of offering memoranda, disposition proposals, market-specific data, and coordination of due diligence materials. He and his team were responsible transacting on over $3B of assets from 2016 through 2019. Mr. Roy earned his degree from the Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia.
