Bio
Spencer Rose is a seasoned real estate professional with a background in acquisitions and asset management spanning over 20 years. Most recently as an EVP at EQ Office, Spencer led the Investments and Portfolio Management functions for Blackstone's U.S. office platform where he oversaw acquisitions exceeding $7.5 billion. Additionally, he worked with regional market leads to develop strategy and execute asset plans to prepare for disposition. Spencer began his career at Parker Properties, where he worked in acquisitions of value-add and opportunistic medical and office properties.
Spencer holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California, where he also earned a Master of Real Estate Development. He completed his Bachelor of Arts with a minor in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
Spencer is on ULI’s Office Development Council and actively involved in NAIOP and USC’s Lusk Center.
