Spencer Myers

Spencer Myers is an Associate Vice President of MSIG and is primarily responsible for sourcing and executing new joint venture investments for the firm’s opportunistic equity platform. Spencer is actively involved in the day-to-day management of MSIG’s internal due diligence processes and prospective investment analyses and works closely with the firm’s executive and asset management teams to ensure seamless execution throughout the investment cycle of MSIG’s portfolio.

Prior to joining MSIG, Spencer was Vice President of Acquisitions at a Los Angeles-based real estate private equity firm where he was responsible for overseeing the execution of opportunistic equity investments for the firm’s fund vehicles. Through his tenure, Spencer sourced and underwrote a portfolio of +$1 billion and was actively involved in the asset management of the firm’s eight investment vehicles comprised of +13,000 residential units and +8 million SF of commercial holdings valued in excess of $4 billion.

Spencer received a B.A. with a concentration in Economics and minor in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI.
