Spencer Hansen is a Director at Berkadia, having joined the company in January 2023. With a strong background in real estate valuation, market research, analysis, and investment sales, Spencer brings extensive expertise to his role.

Prior to joining Berkadia, Spencer worked as an Investment Associate at Colliers. Spencer started his real estate career at Peak Capital Partners, where he successfully underwrote $25 billion and closed deals worth $500 million in multifamily assets.

Originally from Boise, Idaho, he attended Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business, specializing in Accountancy.
