Sol Raso

Sol Raso, Head of Stockbridge's Core and Value-Added Business, joined Stockbridge in 2007 to form Stockbridge's core and value-added business, leading client relations and new business development. Previously, Mr. Raso was a Partner at RREEF, where he was responsible for managing a large team of fundraising professionals as well as being directly involved with existing and prospective investors. During his tenure at RREEF, Mr. Raso was a member of the firm's Investment Committee and a member of the North America Policy Committee from 2003 to 2007. Prior to joining RREEF, Mr. Raso served as an Investment Officer and Director of Real Estate for the Colorado Public Employees' Retirement Association (Colorado PERA). During his 10-year tenure, he oversaw investments of over $2 billion in real estate on behalf of the multi-billion-dollar public pension fund. Prior to joining Colorado PERA, Mr. Raso was an investment sales specialist for Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services. Mr. Raso received a B.S. in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Colorado and an M.BA. from the University of Denver. Mr. Raso is a past Chairman of the University of Colorado Real Estate Council.
