Soern Osborne is an Associate working in Avison Young’s Atlanta office. Soern specializes in the disposition, acquisition, and leasing of retail investment properties on behalf of local investors, developers, and owner/users. He also has experience in office and industrial tenant representation and works in tandem with Avison Young’s Land & Development Advisory Team to execute on ground-up development projects that include retail, mixed-use, office, and residential properties.

Soern graduated from the University of Dayton in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in political science; and played four years on the football team. Following his graduation, Soern moved to Atlanta where he began his career as inside sales rep for Rubicon Global. Two years later, he began work as a residential MLO, where he was a top-producing loan officer at Assurance Financial from 2018-2022. In November of 2022, Soern made the transition into commercial real estate and began a role as a broker at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services. At Matthews, Soern was a part of a small team where he specialized in sourcing debt for grocery-anchored shopping centers throughout the Southeast. Soern joined Avison Young in 2023 and now works closely with a handful of distinguished professionals within Avison Young’s Atlanta office.

Soern is an active member of Christ Covenant church in Atlanta, and volunteers as a youth football coach with Northside Youth Organization (NYO). He has been in Atlanta since 2016 and has lived in Buckhead since 2018.
