Skye Taylor is a real estate professional with over seven years of experience specializing in retail leasing.
Skye's significant experience and capabilities have made her a trusted advisor and consultant to tenants and property owners throughout New York City and the country nationally. In addition to her transactional experience, Skye enjoys partnering with brands to develop and execute strategic expansion plans. Throughout her career, she has represented esteemed luxury and contemporary fashion brands such as Hermes, LVMH, Theory and Zadig & Voltaire, as well as some of the most exciting and innovative e-commerce and disruptive retailers including Allbirds, Casper, Credo, and Dyson.
Prior to Lanten Real Estate, Skye was a Director at Thor Retail Advisors for five years and played an integral role in helping to establish the company as one of the industry's preeminent real estate advisory firms. Skye is a Member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
