Thomas J. O'Brien joined the company in 1981 after spending several years in management positions with oilfield equipment manufacturing firms. Tom specializes in industrial real estate, concentrating on the acquisition/disposition of manufacturing plants, warehouse-distribution centers and investment properties for institutional owners. This activity involves consulting in addition to the development and execution of individualized marketing programs and development services for new construction projects. He provides his clients with the benefit of analyzing their alternatives as they relate to the area's real estate market while maintaining constant touch with national trends.
