Patrick Burke is a Senior Vice President at CBRE, Inc. in Memphis and leads the industrial tenant

representation team.

He has extensive experience in assisting clients in the selection of warehouse/manufacturing space,

disposition of surplus assets and analysis of incentives.

Since joining CBRE in 1997, Patrick has negotiated leases for clients acquiring distribution space

in excess of 30 million square feet and sold more than 6 million square feet of surplus assets.

Achieving his clients' objectives such as cost savings, flexibility, and efficiency are part of every

transaction.

Patrick currently serves on the boards of the Exchange Club Family Center and SIOR Memphis

Chapter. Previously, he served on the board of the Boys & Girls Club for over 10 years and as

chairman of the Dixie Homes Club in 2005. He has also served on the Board of Memphis Chapter

of SIOR Memphis since 2012.
