Simon Chen

Mr. Chen joined Madison Park in 2004 and has served as its Chief Operating Officer since 2019; overseeing Madison Park’s investment, development and management operations, in addition to directing its corporate finance functions. Mr. Chen previously served as Chief Financial Officer from 2008-2018. Mr. Chen focuses on executing MPF's strategic planning and growth initiatives, as well as structuring and executing new investments and development opportunities. Before joining MPF in 2004, Mr. Chen was a banking analyst, specializing in real estate investments. Mr. Chen holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business where he concentrated in Finance and Corporate Strategy. Mr. Chen is a CFA charterholder and a member of the Urban Land Institute, SPUR and the CFA Institute. Mr. Chen is a licensed broker by the California Bureau of Real Estate.
