Simon Arpiarian

As co-managing partner of Stream Realty Partners' Atlanta office, Simon Arpiarian is responsible for all operating functions and is keenly focused on identifying talented individuals who will thrive on the opportunities provided by Stream's platform.

Since opening in 2009, Stream Atlanta has grown to a team of over 60 individuals who focus on Stream's primary business of providing property management and agency leasing services to owners of industrial, retail, and office properties. Stream's clients have entrusted the firm with tens of millions of square feet of management and leasing assignments in the Atlanta market. Further, Stream Atlanta has purchased several million square feet for its own investment management platform. Through both traditional business plan execution and adaptive reuse strategies, Simon has had a direct hand in developing Stream's reputation for adding value to its investments.

Simon has experienced several commercial real estate cycles in multiple American cities. He has held the roles of principal, management consultant, and intermediary. He has represented both institutional owners and occupiers of commercial real estate. Simon's experience includes acquisitions, joint ventures, dispositions, asset management, development, adaptive reuse projects, large lease negotiations, financings, and indeed loan modifications.
