Shweta Bhulani, Senior Financial Analyst for CBRE Hotels, specializes in underwriting analysis for hospitality investment properties.
Shweta began her career at Xtreme Lashes, where she worked in business development, international franchise management and corporate recruiting. Prior to joining CBRE, she owned and operated a wellness business ‘Integrated Mobility’ for four years in Houston.
Shweta graduated with honors from Rice University with a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering.
