Shiv Mishra

Shiv K. Mishra leads the Firm's commercial real estate investment business and is responsible for executing all acquisition and disposition functions.

 

Shiv initially began working at his family's commercial real estate investment firm in 2017. Starting in his high school years, and since then, Shiv has participated in complex commercial real estate transactions ranging across the private and institutional capital markets, gaining experience in the competitive landscape of commercial real estate investment and structuring offers to ultimately win deals.

Shiv has collaborated with some of most complex institutional commercial lenders in originating financing solutions, including JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo, Barclays, as well as a number of life insurance correspondent lenders.

Shiv is a Longhorn, by way of the McCombs School at The University of Texas at Austin, where he majored in finance, with an emphasis on real estate finance. Shiv was involved academically, socially, and philanthropically during his time on The Forty Acres. Shiv is a supporter of the McCombs Real Estate Center, which focuses on the professional development of real estate finance students interested in pursuing careers in the business.
