Shirlee Kingsley

Designated as "One of the Top 100 Shopping Center Managers in the United States" by the International Council of Shopping Centers, she has overseen a variety of commercial real estate projects with a combined value in excess of $750,000,000.A Southern California native, Shirlee began her career in the real estate industry in 1984. She has remained focused on the areas of leasing, asset management and community relations; working with a wide range of tenants and ownership entities, including syndicators, institutional lenders, developers, regional and national retailers, Fortune 500 companies, municipalities and specialty resorts.After successfully completing the Institute of Real Estate Management's educational and experience requirements in 1990, she earned the title of Certified Property Manager. This designation is highly sought after and difficult to obtain. She is actively involved with the International Council of Shopping Centers, Institute of Real Estate Management and several local community groups.
