Sheryl Waldorf

Sheryl supports all aspects of the operations for the New Jersey region. In collaboration with the region’s senior management team, she develops and implements regional strategies to organize, manage, coordinate and deliver on the key areas for Finance, HR, IT, Communications/PR, Facilities Management, Licensing & Compliance and CRM. Sheryl also oversees and manages the critical support professionals who are the foundational resources for the success of a commercial real estate business.

Sheryl has over two decades of experience in commercial real estate. Most recently, Sheryl was a consultant for a top-three global real estate asset management firm, specializing in their data governance team. Before that, Sheryl was the Operations Director at a top commercial real estate for their Capital Markets team in New York City. Sheryl began her career with another top global real estate asset management firm, where she spent 15 years in various roles, including Chief of Staff for their real estate group of approximately 200 people.

Sheryl holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from New York University Schack Institute.
