Sheryl Anne Morehead

Ms. Morehead serves as Managing Director of Sunstone’s Capital Markets group and works with institutional investors and lenders. Prior to joining Sunstone, Ms. Morehead served in executive positions in both the real estate development and financial services industries. Her experience within financial services included serving as CEO/President of First Bank and President of First Los Angeles Bank, successfully transitioning the two troubled institutions to regulatory compliance and profitability. Ms. Morehead’s development background with Spaulding & Slye, M&M Development and Lanning Corp included office and retail financing, asset management and leasing. Ms. Morehead earned a B.S. from Boston University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
