Shea is an Associate in the Austin office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 7 years of experience in commercial real estate. He focuses on retail and office investment sales advisory transactions throughout central Texas. Shea started at HFF as an intern in 2015 in the Atlanta office covering the entire Southeast and recently moved to Austin to cover central Texas. He has been involved real estate transactions totaling more than $2.8 billion.
