Shea Campbell is an Executive Vice President with CBRE’s Southeast Multifamily Group. Mr. Campbell represents private, high net worth buyers as well as institutional investors in the disposition of multifamily properties throughout the Southeast. He specializes in individual asset sales and regional portfolio executions. Since joining SEMHG in early 2010, Mr. Campbell has led or co-lead over $10 billion in apartment transactions.

Mr. Campbell excels at using his honed interpersonal skills to assess the needs of his large client base and match available product with potential investors. His knowledge of the market, combined with his tenacious ability to promote his product, are skills that would benefit any client.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Campbell spent two and half years as Vice President at an Atlanta-based multifamily brokerage firm. For the five years previous to this, Mr. Campbell worked with the capital fundraising team of Wells Real Estate Funds. The youngest Assistant Vice President at Wells REF, he and his team consistently finished in the top three of thirty teams in total production—helping Wells REF raise in excess of $1billion in both 2005 and 2006.

Shea serves on the Board of Open Doors Atlanta, the University of Georgia’s Terry College Young Alumni and Real Estate Alumni Steering Committees. He is an active member of the East Lake Foundation’s 691 Society.
