Bio
Mr. Herlihy is based in Boston and concentrates on arranging acquisition, construction, and permanent financing on a wide spectrum of property types including office, retail, industrial, apartments, hotels, and student housing. In his 20+ year financing career, Mr. Herlihy has closed transactions in excess of $4.5 billion. In addition to senior debt placement, Mr. Herlihy advises clients on joint ventures, equity placements, mezzanine loans and various other debt and equity related transactions. Mr. Herlihy represents borrowers throughout the United States, with a significant focus on clients owning properties located in New England.
Prior to joining the Goedecke & Co., LLC in 2003, Mr. Herlihy served as a Director of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler's (HFF) Boston Office from 1994 to 2003. After earning his BA from the University of New Hampshire, Mr. Herlihy began his real estate career in the Leasing and Investment Sales Group at Leggat McCall/Grubb & Ellis in Boston in 1991.
Mr. Herlihy grew up in Winchester and currently resides in Wellesley with his wife, Linda, and their three sons.
