Shawn is currently Executive Vice President at CBRE and was a founding partner at Capstone Financial. Shawn and his partner are tasked with the overall growth of the Capstone group within the CBRE brand. His background includes nearly 15 years of commercial real estate brokerage and national debt placement with over $2B in closed transactions across all asset types, with over 1500 completed transactions. He has been featured as a guest speaker on several real estate panels across the country and has served as a consultant for various banks, lending institutions and other finance firms on the net lease and commercial real estate sectors.
